Gathering 25 years’ of extensive clinical experience, Linda brings herself as a professional, expert and a fellow human being to support your growth and flourishing.

Linda is particularly passionate about deeply understanding the predicament of a person when distress and suffering occur due to inner and outer experiences at any stage of life. She works collaboratively with patients in this pursuit to develop treatment plans, explore opportunities for deeper awareness for her patients and support their paths to move through the process of healing and growth.

Linda has studied or worked in Bangladesh, India, England, USA and Australia. She is certified in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (Aus), Contemplative Psychotherapy (Nalanda Institute, USA) and Mindfulness Teaching (USA). Her passion for Refugee Health took her to study Global Mental Health/Refugee Trauma at Harvard University, where she also served as a visiting faculty for a period.. She is an Honorary Fellow at the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Melbourne. She is member of the Royal Society of Public Health, UK. She regularly gives her time for various charitable initiatives locally and internationally.

Linda has expertise in early intervention strategies for adolescent and youth mental health having worked at the world-renowned organization Orygen Youth Health for over a decade in different clinical, research and leadership roles. She also works with adults who require ongoing care and treatments.

Linda enjoys teaching and mentoring medical students and psychiatric trainees and contribute to their development as a doctor, specifically, focussing on gaining self-awareness, compassion and empathy for self and others.
